该职位所属China officePrincipal Activities/Responsibilities主要工作职责oNPI, DFM, Process development and improvement ; NPI,DFM,制程开发及改善oSolidWorks 3D modeling and drawing creation; SolidWorks 3D 建模及制图oAssists Product Development Engineer in all aspects of product development including measurement and test; 配合产品开发工程师开发产品包括测量测试oApply knowledge of engineering principals to design cable assemblies and cables;运用工程知识规则开发线束及电线oRespond to customer complaints on manufacturing related issues;回应相关生产客诉问题oSupport quality engineers in disposing First Article inspection reports;协助品质工程处理首样的检验报告oApprove or disapprove product deviation requests; 评估产品偏差可接受性oReview engineering verification samples, documents and test reports for customer approval; 审核供客人承认的工程验证样品、文件及测试报告Job Requirements 职位要求oUniversity Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;大专以上机械工程师专业或同等学历oProficiency 3D SolidWorks modeling and Autocad; 熟练运用SolidWorks及CADo4-8 years engineering experience in medical device components with good understanding of plastic injection molding, extrusion and related structural assemblies; 4-8年及以上的医疗设备配件行业经验，熟悉注塑成型，挤出工艺及相关结构件装配oWork experience in cable cable assemblies’ industry is preferred; 具有线材及线束工作经验优先oKnowledgeable about IQ, OQ, PQ, DOE, FMEA, PPAP; 了解IQ,OP,PQ,DOE,FMEA,PPAPoExperience working under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485; 熟悉ISO9001 ,ISO 13485 品质体系oSelf-motivated.
