结构设计工程师Mechanical Design Engin

该职位所属工程部1.负责线束，连接器，模块机械设计；以及2D/3D图纸及相关资料的准备和制作Conduct harness, connectors, modules mechanical design, including 2D/3D drawings and related technical documents necessary that needs to be delivered.2. 对其设计的图纸及编制的相关资料具体负责，根据项目进度需要在系统PLM系统里进行维护和版本升级Maintain and manage engineering drawings revision and updating in PLM system in pace of different phase needs without delay.3. 开展产品设计可靠性分析；包括GDT，累积公差分析与装配干涉分析，以及应力应变分析等。Conduct design analysis to ensure product with higher reliability robust functionality, including GDT dimensioning, Accumulative tolerance analysis, and stress strain FEA simulation analysis (desirable), etc.4. 协助产品团队进行产品失效结构设计原因分析，持续改善产品设计。Conduct product failure root cause analysis on behalf of design engineering with stronger sense of continuous improvement to company's products quality with internal team.5. 及时开展产品设计前段DFM 相关事项，积极完成设计的前期准备工作。Conduct product design manufacturability review and DFM related activities to ensure these technical documents ready prior to design review communication.6. 支持应用团队或客户前期应用讨论的设计所需要的模型设计或图纸文档；确认客户更好的客户体验。Provide stronger support to AE team and Customer with these technical documents they needed including prints, 3D photo view etc; to ensure perfect in field experience on concepts discussed till business win.7. 完成工程经理/总监安排的其它工作。Finish other tasks arranged by engineering manager/director.经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:1. 本科及以上学历；机械设计或材料加工相关专业。Bachelor degree or above;Major in mechanical design or material processing.2. 具有至少5年以上的医疗行业线束，连接器，模块结构设计经验。At least 5 years experience in wiring harness, connector, module structure design in medical industry.3. 熟练使用3D/2D 设计软件；如Solidworks，Creo 等。Proficient in 3D/2D design software;Solidworks, Creo, etc.4. 熟练使用PLM 产品设计图纸与文档周期管理系统，如windchill，vault 等PDM 平台。4. Proficient in PLM product design drawing and document cycle management system, such as Windchill, Vault and other PDM platforms.5. 具有CAD/CAE辅助设计经验；如机械应力应变模拟分析，零件成型可行性分析相关知识。5. Experience in CAD/CAE assisted design;Such as mechanical stress and strain simulation analysis, parts forming feasibility analysis related knowledge.6. 具有丰富的常见加工成型与连接组装工艺经验者优先考虑, 如注塑，冲压弯折成型，焊接铆接等。6. Rich experience in common processing and assembling processes, such as injection molding, punching bending molding, welding riveting, etc., is preferred.7. 良好的英语读，写，说能力。7.
