Sr. Design Engineer (GCN, report to Director of Design Engineering Asia) 高级设计工程师
&#; Principal Activities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责
o New Product Design and product extension. /新产品设计和产品扩展。
o Create SolidWorks 3D models. / SolidWorks 3D 建模。
o Create drawings, detail and dimension according to ASME Y,5 GD&T standards or equivalent. / 根据ASME Y,5 GD&T标准或同等标准创建图纸、细节和尺寸。
o Perform Risk assessments 进行风险评估。
o Assists U.S based design engineers in all aspects of product design. / 在产品设计的各方面协助在美国的设计工程师。
o Apply knowledge and experience of engineering principals to design mechanically medical devices such as RF ablation, image localization probes, monitor connection etc. /运用工程的知识理念和经验设计 高频消融， 图像定位，监护连接。
&#; Job Requirements (岗位要求)
o University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required. /大专以上，机械工程专业或同等学历。
o Proficiency 3D SolidWorks modeling. / 精通SolidWorks 3D建模。
o 8- years engineering experience. / 8-年工程经验。
o 4 years minimum design experience. /4年以上设计经验。
o Experience working under ISO 5. / 有ISO 5工作的经验。
o Self-motivated. Proactive. / 自我激励，主动。
o Electro-mechanical device design is required, background in Medical devices is preferred /有机电设备及医疗设备组件/附件设计背景优先考虑。
o English reading, writing, listening and speaking is preferred but not a requirement. /有英语读、写、听、说能力者优先考虑。
o Understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and tooling. / 熟悉制造工程流程和工具。
o AutoCad experience a Plus. / 有AutoCad 经验优先考虑。
o Working understanding of ASME Y,5 GD&T drawing and dimensioning. / 有ASME Y,5 GD&T下设计图纸和尺寸的工作经验。
o Understanding of plastic molding and metal machining techniques needed for product design. / 熟悉产品设计所需的塑胶成型和金属加工技术知识。
o Understanding of assessing risks and risk mitigation in product design. / 熟悉产品设计中的风险评估和风险缓解。
o Experience in:/具有以下以经验：
o Prototype methods./ 原型方法。
o Creating and modifying engineering drawings. / 设计和修改图纸。
o Injection molded plastic part design. /注塑件设计。
o Metal part design. /金属零件设计。
o DFM (Design for manufacturability). / 可制造性设计。
o Must possess cross functional skills to communicate with other team members. / 具有团队沟通技巧。
o Have an attitude of collaboration with other engineers and a willingness to brainstorm ideas. /乐与其他工程沟通态度及愿意头脑风暴。
