注塑品质工程师

该职位负责注塑车间品质制程管理，工作地点在广东江门德昌电机的数字化工厂

Responsibilities:
1.?Lead QE function within production teams to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met along the quality system.
2.?Manage plastic injection process and oversee?quality relating quality issues.
3.?Use Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA), 8D, 5?whys, Fish Bone Diagram, Risk Analysis, or other appropriate quality tools to
define and manage risk or identify root cause of failure.
4.??Lead the resolution of quality issues related to?non-conformance reports, customer complaints, regulatory actions, etc. Support
CAPA investigations and related corrective and preventive actions.
5.?Assist in development, review and approval of?process and equipment validation/qualifications. Develop, review and improve
inspection plans, standard work sheet and product drawings, QCCL
6.?Lead continuous improvement activities. Support?Kaizen activities and re-work/scrap reduction.

Requirements:
1.??College diploma or above, engineering major
2.??Good knowledge of statistical techniques such as
Cpk, GR&R.
3.??5 years and above of quality experience.
4.??Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic?injection moulding, metal stamping, die casting, etc.
5.?Risk management implementation per automotive?equivalent standard.
6.?Good written English.
