注塑主管

Job Description:
1. Create operational instruction (such as WI, MPP…etc.), review Tool / fixture structure and equipment operation.
2. Manage the shift leaders, technicians, operators in molding department and evaluate their performance.
3. Perform and follow-up standard technical activities per procedures.
4. Ensure product quality to meet customers’ specification and Production related operations are under the customer approved condition.
5. Coordinate with related departments to handle the customer complaints, provide corrective actions and follow up CA implementation and effectiveness.
6. Involve the evaluation of production difficulties and provide solutions. Using Lean manufacturing approach to solve the issues and meet quality requirements.
7. Collect and analyze process data, solve problems during trial run with cross functional team.
8. Train operators and technicians to make sure that the product quality and safety is well controlled.
9. Take effective actions to lower loss, raise production efficiency in order to achieve company-wide production target.
10. Other reasonable duties required by superior.


1. Minimum 5 years working experience in precision Injection molding industry. Junior college or above educated.
2. Familiar with polymer material properties. molding injection process. SIM experience is preferred. injection machines such as Fanuc, Engel etc. injection auxiliary equipment, over-molding or two-shot molding is preferred.
3. Have the ability to establish and optimize production process independently.
4. Have the ability to independently solve issues at project development stage and production stage.
5. Good communication skills in Chinese. English can read and write. No need for oral English.
6. Good teamwork, ownership, initiative, with a sense of urgency.
7. Have knowledge on data statistics and analysis.
8. Positive working attitude, be willing to work with pressure
