POSITION SUMMARY:

The engineer is the contact window to handle customer quality issue and provide services of quality aspect to achieve total customer satisfaction and to administer the company quality program to continually improve the quality level of products and services to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Involve in design phase and provide services of the quality to make sure the new product was launched in market smoothly
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

1. The window to handle customer complaint 处理客户投诉的窗口
1.1. Visit customer to analyze failure issue or take care of customer voices to achieve customer satisfaction;
拜访客户分析失效的原因达到客户的满意
1.2. Investigate & verify complaint issue at customer side;
调查与验证客户投诉的问题
1.3. Push and follow up complaint dealing progress internally;
在内部推动与跟进投诉
1.4. Coordinate & validate 8D report and submit to customer
协调与验证8D 报告
1.5. Follow up the complaint closure;
跟进投诉结案
1.6 key quality issue follow up and regularly report to management
重点异常的跟进，并定期向领导汇报进度
2, Drive internal MRB improvement / NC improvement (including stamping/plating/Molding)
推动内部MRB/ 不合格项的改善 （包括冲压/电镀/注塑）
3, Implement the In-process audit
执行制程审核
4, update PMP/PFMEA/QIP
更新PMP/PFMEA/QIP等相关品质文件
as quality’s role in NPI phase
在新产品阶段担任质量的角色
5.1 quality activities taken at each phase, quality deliverable submission.
在新产品开发的各个阶段提供质量支持，并完成相对应的质量交付文件
5.2 facilated metrology activities, such as fixture design and fabricate, metrology program creation, and GR&R, CMK …
负责新产品开发阶段量测系统的建立，比如量测治夹具的设计，量测程序的建立，及其相对应的GR&R, CMK等信息的确认
5.3 quality issue happened during design phase handling until to the issue closed 负责新产品阶段质量异常的处理
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
学历：本科，机械类相关专业。
1. 5 years of QE experience in connector or relevant industry 5年连接器相关经验
2. Good written and oral presentation skill. 好的英语表达能力
3. Be familiar with ISO, ISO1 quality system. 熟悉ISO, ISO1 品质体系
4. Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, MSA,7-QC and other advanced statistical quality tools.
