一、职位概要(Job summary):
该职位是全球战略采购组织中关键的一个岗位，主要负责开发、策划并实施相应品类物料的采购策略。该职位的使命是通过贯彻与公司发展目标相一致的采购策略，持续的推动物料成本优化及物料本地化项目。
Sourcing Specialist is a key role in Global Sourcing organization to develop, plan and implement sourcing strategy for assigned categories. The mission is to continuously drive material cost improvement and material localization projects by following aligned sourcing strategy and company goals.

二、工作职责(Responsibilities):
1. 在指定负责的品类中，开发并管理与相关供应商的战略关系
Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers in one or more specific categories
2. 与工程和PMO等相关部门精密合作，支持新品导入/开发，通过影响采购决策，主导采购vs.自制评估和建议以满足客户期望，达成技术能力和项目目标
Work closely with Engineering, PMO and relevant functional teams to support product development efforts, to influence sourcing decisions, lead make vs. buy assessment and recommendation, meet customer expectations, technical capabilities, and program objectives
3. 负责合格供应商清单中特定品类物料供应商的管理：供应商选择，批准以及合同谈判
Responsible for Approved Vendor List for assigned categories and custom components managing supplier selection, qualification and contract negotiation
4. 起草并与供应商协商商务采购合同中的条款及条件
Draft and negotiate contractual agreements' terms and conditions
5. 起草/开发与供应商能力相匹配的、与项目组和公司业务要求一致的指定品类物料的采购策略计划
Develop assigned category roadmaps aligning program and business requirements with supplier capabilities
6. 维护品类相关的专业技术发展趋势的知识，包括对行业驱动因素、成本结构、技术革新、竞争格局等要素的行业分析
Maintain professional knowledge of category technology trends including rigorous analysis of industry drivers, cost structures, technical improvements and competitive landscape
7. 确保在产品生命周期内，供应商及物料的稳定持续供应
Ensure supplier readiness and continuity of supply throughout entire product life cycle
8. 处理上级交办的其它事宜。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

三、任职资格(Qualification) :
1.本科及以上学历, 理工科、供应链管理或工商管理相关背景
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration related.
2.语言：能读写工作相关的英语，英语口语熟练者优先
Language: capable of reading and written English for work. Fluent in spoken English is strong plus
3.3年及以上制造业内的战略采购相关工作经验。医疗行业背景优先
3+ years in strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing operations or sourcing environment. Medical device or healthcare industry background will be a strong plus.
4.全球战略采购经验：有开发品类采购策略、商品物料和关联技术发展方向的相关经验
Global sourcing experience - experienced in developing category sourcing strategies, commodity and technology roadmaps.
5.较为熟练的分析技能 (如成本模型，报价分析，供应商风险管理等等)
Proficient with analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier risk management, etc.)
6.有以下任意一类品类物料的管理经验：金属/机加工，挤出，注塑，微组件，电子件,耗材，间接物料，服务等
Category management experience in any of the following category or commodities: Metals/Machining, Extrusion, Plastic Injection, Micro Components, Electronics, Consumables, Indirect Materials, services, etc.
