职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To check production job orders delay situation by daily from system, and ask related department to solve it, or inform Export sales to delay production due day.
2. Weekly generate and monitor molding OR hardware workshop job, set overtime figures, release assembly and molding plan.
3. Daily update molding and assembly plan fulfill status, check delay reasons and corrective action.
4. Daily materials team meeting, follow up materials supply and quality issue by routine, and escalate to Planning manager for decision.
5. SCM internal ERP system training and bring out some ideas for optimization and implementation.
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager or HOD.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above & at least five years of PMC fundamental work and KPI leader management experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing foreign-funded enterprises.
2. Have a clear understanding of the material operation process in the factory and a deep understanding of the preparation of production plans.
3. Familiar with the material characteristics and manufacturing processes of hardware and plastic products.
4. Familiar with the concept of Kanban workshop and lean supply chain.
5. Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication skills, CET6 certificate is a plus.
6. Proficient in office software: World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
7. Proficient in using ERP software, have SAP operation experience.
8. Diligent, progressive, able to withstand work pressure.
