该职位所属工程部1、熟练项目进度跟进流程、模具加工流程和模具加工工艺，注塑工艺流程，2、能妥善处理客户和横向部门之间的交流问题， 3、熟练运用3D 2D软件和办公软件，快速完成项目报表和模具信息资料，4、对注塑工艺分析有独到的见解，能快速分析模具制造和注塑异常问题，5、熟练模具评审事项，组织能力强，善于组织项目检讨会议，6、最好有电动工具类塑胶产品/模具经验，7、有一定的管理能力，对资料管理和数据收集清晰明朗，8．协调安排本部门的工作。9、六年以上工作经验，模具设计、机械专业优先。10、较强的问题分析能力和解决能力，11、良好的沟通、协调能力，抗压能力强。12. 良好的英语沟通能力；1.
