该职位所属模具组ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职能1. Fully on-board with the follow-up related to critical part production, take a pro-active role in the supervision during production to take the best out of the supplier's competences全面跟进关键零部件的生产工艺流程，包含模具开发及注塑，压铸或冲压，也包含机加工零件生产工艺等，积极参与并监督供应商零部件开发及生产过程，最大限度地发挥供应商的能力以实现零部件的尺寸，功能及外观要求2. Request of samples, onboarding the supplier with the concept that the product/component is following the NPI/NPD process and clarify what it means for our manufacturing partner遵循并宣导公司新产品导入/新产品开发流程，让供应商充分理解各个开发流程的任务，目标及进度要求，以配合项目组装，验证，以及零部件，模具承认的需求3. Take part in production re-allocation from supplier A to B and sample following up跟进从供应商A到B的更换，移模和样品验证4. Work closely with suppliers to align new requirements in time与供应商密切合作，跟进客户对零部件变更的要求5. Involvement in FMEA process参与FMEA评估及预防跟进6. Work in liaison supplier/QA/Eng to perform the audit, samples, quality and the 1st mass production run量产前与公司内部QA/ENG团队协作稽核供应商项目的生产制程及工艺，包括零部件是否合格，模具，设备，制造工艺是否准备就绪并优化，品质管理流程是否准备就绪，生产技术及管理团队安排就绪等7. Understand and clarify the quality standards to suppliers, and strictly control the quality of suppliers，cooperate with tooling team, OQC, IQC to verify the quality充分理解产品的质量要求，向供应商明确质量标准，制程中严格控制，与模具组同事，OQC，和IQC协作对产品质量进行验证8. Quality issue following up on existing running projects跟进现有量产项目的质量保证及问题改善EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS教育/技能/经验资格要求1. Strong knowledge on manufacutring processes such as Thermoforming (IM, Rotomolding, LSR, etc…), Machining (Milling, Lath, etc…), Diecasting, Stamping熟悉制造工艺，如热成型（IM、旋转模塑、LSR等）、机加工（铣削、车削等）、压铸、冲压2. Knowledge in the area of SMT, Decoration techniques and printing Packaging具备SMT、装饰技术和印刷包装方面的知识更佳3. Interest into Innovative Manufacturing Processes that could potentially meet a future project demand对可能满足未来项目需求的“创新制造工艺”感兴趣熟悉新产品导入/新产品开发流程4. Familiarity with the NPI/NPD process熟悉新产品导入/新产品开发流程5. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and/or Forming processes获得制造工程和/或成型工艺学位6. 5+ years 'practical' experience on the shop floor5年以上车间“实践”经验7. Good English is considered as an asset 良好的英语听说读写能力优先8.
