该职位所属品质部1、大专或以上文化，英语读写流利；2、熟练品质管理工具，比如APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC 、 FMEA等；3、熟精密注塑过程质量管理，了解注塑技术、工艺，了解项目管理。三年以上相关工作经验。RESPONSIBILITIES:1. To ensure the achievement of the quality targets decided by the project team. 2. To involve in each important step of the project (design review, process review, process audit...).3. Identify and meet customer requirements.4. Create and implement quality planning, do new project milestone evaluation.5. Create new product quality documents (control plan, inspection instruction, early production containment plan), design inspection fixture and gauge.6. Define customer needs in terms of PPAP, quality targets, prototypes report requirements and make sure the requirements are included in the contract. To prepare and present the PPAP reports to the customer.7. Generate validation protocol and complete report, assist in the completion of IQ, OQ and PQ during the new product sampling stage.8.
